Q. How do I get to the Puyallup Fair Grounds?

Q. Do tables, chairs and carpet come with my exhibit space? No. The exhibit space does not include these items but does include standard pipe and drape. However, you may contact the show decorator Triumph Events 206.431.1010 to reserve all of your additional booth needs.

 

Q. How do I order electricity or water services?
Free. Two 110 / 500w electrical outlets are provide for you with your booth. Water available at exhibitor closets on north and south walls of the Showplex.
220 power is available at additional cost by contacting fairgrounds (253) 845-1771.

Q. What entrance gate do I use to enter for set up?
Service Gate, located at the South West corner of the fairgrounds.  Then proceed up to the Showplex Building.

Q. Where is the show office? The Show office counter will be located inside at front of Showplex building.

Q. Where do I park during the show and how do I get parking passes?
All parking at fairgrounds is free (no passes required) use the Blue parking lot during the show.

Q. Is there handicapped parking?
At the blue lot the front row is handicapped parking.

Q. What are days and times for set up?
The two days prior to show 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM if one of these days is January 1^st then set up days would be work around the New Years day and fair grounds would closed on the 1^st.

Q. Where do I get my exhibitor passes?
Exhibitor passes are distributed at the show. You may pick them up starting the first day of set up at the on-site show office.

Q. Where can I park an RV? There are RV hooks up at the fairgrounds.
Full hookups or No Hookups at Orange Lot, Power & Water only at Green Lot.

Q. Can I get something to eat at the show?
Yes, there is food service available at the Showplex building during the show days only.
